3cl / 37.50% - Fresh out of Salford, this naturally sweet small-batch honey rum is inspired by the Caribbean rum and spice imports that arrived into Salford Docks throughout the 1900s. Its made with a single origin pot and column distilled rum that is blended and bottled less than two miles from the famous docks, using real Salford honey. Its a sweet tribute to the dock workers (also known as worker bees), and a celebration of the areas history.
