70cl / 57.00% - This seven year old single malt, single cask whisky from The English Distillery was drawn from casks chosen by the Rolls Royce & Bentley Enthusiasts Club. The whisky matured for a generous seven years between 2014 and 2021, with a brief finish in sherry casks, before being bottled up at a robust 57%, with an outturn of only 270 bottles. More affordable than a Rolls Royce, and certainly tastier, this fruity dram will do well with a few drops of water added.
