3cl / 57.60% - Single malt from Speyside's Dailuaine Distillery, independently bottled by Auld Goonsy's Malt. Distilled back in July 2008, the whisky was matured in a sherry butt for 12 years, before eventually being bottled in June 2021. Only 574 bottles were drawn from this single cask, bottled at cask strength and without chill filtration or any added colour it's a wonderful example of whisky from Dailuaine.
