70cl / 56.80% - This 11 year old single cask, Islay single malt from Caol Ila was distilled in November 2010 and initially matured in refill hogsheads, before moving to a fresh sherry butt. After 16 months, when all the fruity sherry character had mingled with the characteristic Caol Ila smoke, it was bottled up at a cask strength of 56.8% in June 2022, with an outturn of 702 bottles. Independently released for Signatory's Cask Strength Collection.
