The character from this sweet French wine certainly shines through in this unusual, fruity Speysider, which Alistair Walker bottled up for its Infrequent Flyers range. With an outturn of only 304 bottles at 58.6% ABV, this is a full-flavoured dram indeed, and one well worth savouring if you're a fan of interesting finishes.
