Ironroot 4 Year Old 2018 (cask 506) - Berry Bros. & Rudd Bourbon Whiskey
70cl / 61.20% - A Texas bourbon here, independently-bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd in London. It was distilled at Ironroot and rested in a single barrel for four years, before the cask was cracked open in 2022, yielding 137 bottles at a burly 61.2% ABV. It's a rich, sweet, and spicy affair, with jerk spices in particular, making it a fabulous whiskey to pair with Caribbean food.
