70cl / 47.50% - Another cracking addition to the Strictly Limited collection from indie bottler Carn Mor. This single malt was distilled in 2012 and filled into ex-bourbon barrels to mature. Nine years later, the folks at Carn Mor knew it was the perfect time to crack open the casks, so in 2021 they did just that, releasing a total of 1,128 bottles.
