Pink lemons are a special cultivar with green and yellow striped skin, and grapefruit coloured flesh. The Cornish distillers also put pink grapefruit and pink peppercorns into the mix making for a beautiful, blush coloured gin. No sugar has been added, resulting in a pink gin that's wonderfully dry and a perfect pairing for tonic.
