This one is part of the Scapegrace Uncommon range, and is inspired by Central Otago in the early harvest, so the botanicals were chosen to bring a wealth of fresh, ripe flavours. A total of 12 botanicals from around the world have been infused, including citrus peels, cardamom pods, cinnamon, and even carnation flowers. Give this a go in a G&T, or a White Negroni if you're feeling adventurous.
