70cl / 40.00% - A blushing pink gin from the Filey Distillery, based in an old herring smokehouse on the coast of North Yorkshire. It takes a splash of inspiration from the more bitter pink gins of days gone by, which got their colour from bitters, so cassia and cinchona bark are among the botanicals here along with Filey rhubarb and strawberries, too.
