Inchgower 12 Year Old 2010 (cask 801362) - The Cooper's Choice (The V Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 53.50% - Independently-bottled Inchgower from The Vinatge Malt Whisky Co.. Distilled in 2010 and whacked into American oak for the bulk of its maturation, this single malt was then moved to a cask which previously held Beaumes de Vinese sweet wine for a finishing period. Just 300 bottles were released at 52.5% ABV, with lots of sweet, fresh fruit thanks to the cask finish.
