70cl / 54.50% - Lowland distillery InchDairnie made this fascinating, heavily peated beauty, produced for the Finglassie line which is only made for two weeks a year in December. After an initial maturation in an ex-bourbon cask this whisky was then finished in a Sauternes cask before it was bottled by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. for the Cooper's Choice collection, with natural colour and no chill-filtration. A release of 264 bottles.
