70cl / 60.10% - A smashing single cask from GlenAllachie, which has had a rather fascinating maturation. It was first aged in a fresh ex-bourbon cask, then moved over to a first-fill sherry hogshead, and finally finished in a cask that previously held heavily peated spirit distilled at GlenAllachie. Told you it was fascinating.
