70cl / 46.00% - Stunning stuff from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, this expression of its Filey Bay single malt was first matured in first-fill bourbon casks, before being transferred to finish off in virgin oak casks from Kentucky. Distilled in a combination of pot and column stills, it boasts an elegant, silky texture with bright notes of banana and creamy vanilla most impressive.
