70cl / 61.80% - A fab independent bottling of Williamson single malt Scotch whisky here from Berry Bros. & Rudd. This one was distilled in 2014 and bottled up in 2021, following a finishing period in an Oloroso sherry butt cask. Eventually, 449 bottles of the cask strength Islay whisky were bottled up. Smoke and sherry a great flavour pairing.
