70cl / 58.90% - A rather intriguing expression here from The Whisky Cellar independent bottling range, distilled on Islay by Bruichladdich. It's a heavily peated single malt, fully matured for ten years in a Jurancon Vin Doux Naturel wine barrique. This combo of smoky, savoury whisky drawn from a sweet wine cask makes for a fascinating flavour profile. Just 325 bottles were produced.
