70cl / 54.70% - Back in September 1991, the folks at North British set about distilling this glorious single grain Scotch whisky. It was filled into a single refill sherry butt where it remained for the next three decades. Finally, in January 2022, the gang at indie bottler Signatory cracked open the cask, releasing an outturn of 494 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection.
