Pol Roger Brut 2015 Vintage Champagne
75cl / 12.50% - A vintage Pol Roger is always worth getting excited about. 2015 was a warm, dry vintage producing lots of high quality ripe grapes. It's more similar to the style of the opulent 2012 than the lean 2013. This is made from 60% pinot noir and 40% chardonnay. It was aged on its lees for five and half years. This is a bold rich Champagne that's great to drink now but will keep for many years. Though you probably won't be able to keep your hands off it.
