70cl / 63.00% - Single cask single malt from Japan's Shinshu Distillery here, folks. Always exciting stuff from this fab distillery. This one was aged in a single first-fill bourbon barrel, which was filled back in 2015 and eventually cracked open in 2021. It was bottled up at cask strength, weighing in at a hefty 63% ABV.
