70cl / 53.00% - A 25 year old single malt from the Benrinnes Distillery, independently bottled up by Carn Mor for the Celebration of the Cask series. This particular expression was distilled in 1996 and aged in a sherry butt until 2021 by that time it had taken on plenty of wonderful Christmas spice and dried fruit notes, alongside an impressive ruby hue. 482 bottles were produced.
