70cl / 46.00% - From J.G. Thomson's range of blended malts comes the Rich expression (the selection also features Smoky and Sweet expressions, so you know what you're in for with each one). To create it, the team used whiskies drawn from Oloroso sherry, Pedro Ximenez sherry, and American oak casks in a variety of sizes (hogsheads, butts, and quarter casks). With a definite leaning towards the dried fruit and festive spice notes, this one should make for a top winter dram.
