Demonio de Los Andes Acholado Acholado Pisco
70cl / 40.00% - A Peruvian Pisco whose name translates to devil of the Andes. Its made by Vina Tacama, one of South Americas oldest producers, with grapes grown in the Ica region south of Lima. An Acholado is one of three categories of Peruvian Pisco, meaning that its made from a blend of two or more of the eight Pisco grape varieties permitted, in this case Quebranta, Albilla, Torontel, Moscatel and Italia.
