At least, this is the name given to it in the surrounding Surrey Hills. Other places might refer to this juicy treat as a whortleberry, huckleberry, hurtleberry or trackleberry. Regardless, it is a tasty hedgerow delight, that is very well placed in this supremely sippable tipple, that takes its inspiration from a certain well known French raspberry liqueur.
