70cl / 50.00% - Remarkable rum from Grenada's Renegade Rum Distillery, which has spent years of preparation, even founding its own sugar cane company to reintroduce different varieties to the island. This pot still expression is made from a cane which the Renegade team has dubbed Cain from Joshs Field, which makes much more sense than all of those old Latin sounding plant names you get.
