50cl / 45.10% - A tremendous addition to Herno's Sipping Gin series. This expression spent 60 days resting in casks originally used for maturing Sauternes wine, then adopted by specialists in making Swedish dessert wine style ice cider Brannland Iscider, before finally being passed on to the gang at Herno. As you can tell from the name no mixer required here, it's intended for sipping, so you can enjoy all the wonderful intricacies of the cask finish. A total of 1,450 bottles were produced for this 2021 release.
