70cl / 58.50% - From the Whisky Cellar's third selection of independently bottled whiskies comes a six year old single malt from the Glenglassaugh Distillery, which was drawn from a single first-fill Oloroso sherry quarter cask. Quarter casks are smaller than your run-of-the-mill hogshead, which allows for more interaction between the wood and the whisky, resulting in some interesting expressions like this one. Only 148 bottles were produced.
