70cl / 58.10% - A magnificent single cask from Mortlach, bottled up by Gordon & MacPhail for its Connoisseurs Choice collection. This single malt was distilled in 1998 and filled into a single first-fill bourbon barrel for a marvellous 22 years of maturation. Finally, in February 2021, the cask was cracked open, releasing a total outturn of 163 bottles at a bold cask strength of 58.1% ABV.
