Dailuaine 9 Year Old 2012 - Strictly Limited (Carn Mor) Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 47.50% - Nine year old single malt from the Dailuaine Distillery, which was distilled in 2012 and given a finishing period in Sauternes wine casks. Following that, it was bottled up in 2021 by Carn Mor for the Strictly Limited series. Sauternes wine is known for its bold, bright, vibrant sweetness, and there'll be helpings of that sweetness imparted to this whisky's flavour profile.
