70cl / 43.00% - A terrific 2010 vintage Grande Champagne Cognac, bottled up by Hermitage. This expression was produced with a majority of Ugni Blanc, combined with Folle Blanche grapes. Aged in a combination of old and new Limousin casks, wood chips are also added to increase the wood interaction, imparting a wonderful oaken tannic influence.
