70cl / 52.10% - This marvellous single malt was distilled at Mannochmore in 2008. Matured in oak casks for a decade, it was treated to a nine month finishing period in a small octave cask, amping up the rich oak influence. Bottled in 2021 for The Octave series, by indie bottler Duncan Taylor, with a total outturn of 64 bottles.
