Aatta means 'eight' in Old Norse language a well suited name, as this gin is distilled a total of eight times and includes a selection of eight botanicals such as orange, rosehip, juniper, and vanilla. The result is a tremendous sipper with an exceptionally smooth and silky mouthfeel and fabulous balance try it neat, or mix up some stunning G&Ts, garnished with orange and fresh rosemary. The bottle is pretty neat too, and takes inspiration from traditional old bottles found washed up on Orkney's shores.
