Killowen Whiskey 6 Year Old Signature Rum & Raisin Single Malt Whiskey
50cl / 55.00% - A powerfully flavoursome Irish single malt here from the Killowen team, which has been finished in a combination of Pedro Ximenez sherry and dark rum casks hence the name Rum & Raisin (though we did first wonder if they had invented cask aged ice cream for moment...). There's a lot to love here, from the intriguing cask recipe to the brilliant notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and molasses.
