70cl / 54.00% - A fabulous rum from the mountainous Oaxaca region of Mexico. Paranubes Rum is made from sugarcane juice, grown without pesticides or fertilisers in the rich soils of master distiller Jose Luis Carreras farm. The fresh-pressed cane is wild fermented and the result is a unique sipping rum that is excellent served neat with ice, and should be fantastic for Daiquiris and punches too.
