70cl / 46.00% - It's another fabulous batch of The Speysiders from Murray McDavid's The Vatting collection. Combining a skillful blend of four single malts from some of Speyside's best distilleries, the whiskies were first matured in bourbon barrels before being blended, then finished in freshly emptied Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Bottled in 2021, after 11 years of maturation, a total of 1,102 bottles was released. A splendid Speyside dram indeed.
