70cl / 42.30% - Combining single malt whiskies distilled in 1989 at two titans of the Islay region, Bowmore and Laphroaig this is a spectacular addition to The Vatting collection from indie bottlers Murray McDavid. The whisky was allowed to mature in a single bourbon hogshead, before transferring to a Tawny Port cask for finishing, bringing some sublime fruitful character. After 31 years, the whisky was bottled up, with a total of 324 bottles released.
