Glen Spey 11 Year Old 2010 (cask 803007) - The Cooper's Choice (The Vi Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 54.50% - Distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2021, this 11 year old single malt Speysider began its existence at Speyside's Glen Spey Distillery. After distillation, the whisky was allowed time to mature in an American oak cask, with an additional maturation in a Port wine cask. We do love a good Port cask finish. Eventually, a total of 360 bottles were drawn from this cask and independently bottled up for The Cooper's Choice range by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co.
