The Mezcal is made using traditional methods such as cooking the agave on a wood fire in a stone oven and crushing it with a horse-drawn tahona wheel. With a soft character and plenty of sweet, floral notes, this is ideal for sipping, and would go great mixed with grapefruit soda too.
