It wasn't just a pondering though plans were put into action, and eventually The Drinks Lab produced Strange Bedfellows, a spirit made with a mixture of single malt whisky and a rum combined with raspberries and cinnamon. Check out the recipe below:60ml The Drinks Lab Strange Bedfellows25ml Lemon juice, freshly squeezed15ml Vanilla syrup15ml Egg white (or your finest vegan alternative)1-2 Dashes of Aromatic bittersAdd Strange Bedfellows, lemon juice, vanilla syrup, and egg white to a shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice and shake again until well chilled, then strain into a short glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon slice.
