Apples are distilled separately, before combining with gin, which includes an array of botanicals such as juniper, cloves, coriander seeds, pink pepper, and citrus peel. Bursting with fresh, crisp apple flavour, this will be fabulous mixed with a gently floral tonic, or light ginger ale.
