70cl / 40.00% - Named after a schooner (as Kevin Smith taught us in the '90s, a schooner is a sailboat) which smuggled Caribbean rum during Prohibition, Kirk & Sweeney Reserve is a marvellous rum distilled in the Dominican Republic. This Reserva expression packs lots of flavour within the snazzy round bottle, with notes of vanilla and dried fruits aplenty.
