70cl / 53.00% - This heavily peated Lowland single malt was produced at the InchDairnie Distillery and bottled up by The Vintage Malt Whisky Co. as part of The Cooper's Choice collection. After maturation in American oak, the whisky spends a finishing period in Madeira wine casks, imparting some fantastic fruity character to counter the peaty pungency. An outturn of 270 bottles was drawn from this single cask.
