This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled by Garnheath back in February 1974 and allowed to mature in a refill barrel for a massive 47 years. In March 2021, long after Garnheath closed its doors for the last time, this whisky was bottled by Douglas Laing for the Xtra Old Particular range, with an outturn of 124 bottles.
