50cl / 45.00% - This Grappa is produced by Gaja, using Sangiovese grape pomace from the Rennina vineyards of the Pieve Santa Restituta estate in Tuscany. After fermentation, the pomace is slowly distilled to concentrate the flavours, and distilled water is added before bottling, to bring the final alcohol content down to 45% ABV.
