Discarded Grape Skin Chardonnay Plain Vodka

This vodka, for example, is made with pomace, which is the skins, stems, and seeds of grapes which are left after winemaking. It's distilled, and then blended with wine alcohol which is left after dealcoholising Chardonnay wine. As we said before, very inventive indeed.
