70cl / 63.40% - A 12 year old single malt distilled by Glenallachie here, independently bottled up by Signatory as part of the fabulous Cask Strength Collection. This whisky was filled into a first-fill sherry butt back in May 2008, and left to age for a dozen years before the cask was cracked open in February 2021. A release of 676 bottles.
