Hazelburn 13 Year Old 2007 - Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky
70cl / 48.60% - An unpeated single malt here from the Springbank Distillery, released under the Hazelburn name after 13 years of maturation. It was distilled back in 2007, and bottled in April 2021, being drawn from a combo of 75% bourbon and 25% sherry casks. Brilliantly honeyed stuff, with a hint of zesty fruit underneath the layers of vanilla. 6,300 bottles were produced.This bottle was part of a private collection - if you'd like more detailed photos just get in touch.
