70cl / 49.10% - A deliciously well-aged, wine cask-matured GlenAllachie single malt here. This one was distilled back in 1989, and left to mature in a barrique which previously held Rioja red wine for over three decades. It was bottled in February 2021 at 31 years old, with a release of 304 bottles at 49.1% ABV.
