This series from the distillery on Islay is all about bringing sherried sweetness together with peaty tastiness. For the 2021 release, 24 Oloroso sherry butts were used to create the expression, with 17,000 bottles released. If you like your single malt to have a good helping of smoke and dried fruit brilliance, this has your name on it (not literally, unless you just so happen to be called Gorm).
