Made to mark confectionery Simpkins Sweets 100-year anniversary, this gin is infused with Simpkins well-known liquorice pellet brand Nipits. Simpkins has been based in Hillsborough since 1921 and this celebratory collaboration is a union of traditional sweet liquorice notes and juniper to balance the blend.
