Isle of Bute Island Gin
70cl / 41.00% - Isle of Bute Island Gin was inspired by... Well, by the Isle of Bute itself. Head distiller Simon Tardivel wanted to create a refreshing and tropical expression, and ended up getting a little more inspiration from a salsa that his aunt used to make. Mint and pineapple feature here, alongside a helping of herbs, making for a vibrant, zesty gin that works marvellously in summery cocktails.
